Sidepath ("Sidepath," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by 68.010.824 Luan Henrique Castilho Alves, registered under CNPJ 68.010.824/0001-86. This policy explains what information we collect through sidepath.site and the Sidepath app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We keep what we collect to what the product actually needs to run:

• Account and billing information. If you purchase the Library or any Add-on, our payment processor collects your email and payment details to process the charge. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Contact information. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and to keep a record of support requests.
• Local app data. Reading progress, saved guides, income entries you log in the Income Tracker, and similar preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device — we don't receive or store it on our servers.

2. How we use information

• To provide access to the Library and any Add-ons you've purchased
• To process payments and send purchase confirmations
• To respond to support and contact requests
• To improve the guides and the app based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Third-party services

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). That provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment details. We rely on it for secure payment processing and do not have access to your full card information.

4. Cookies and local storage

The Sidepath app uses your browser's local storage to remember things like which guides you've read, saved favorites, and entries you log in the Income Tracker. This is functional, not tracking-based — it isn't shared with us or with any third party, and clearing your browser data will reset it.

5. Data retention

We keep billing records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and for our own records. Local app data lives entirely in your browser and is retained until you clear it yourself.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (billing records we're legally required to keep are the one exception) by emailing lh.alves214@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

Sidepath is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Sidepath after a change means you accept the updated policy.
