These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sidepath.site and the Sidepath app (together, "Sidepath"), operated by 68.010.824 Luan Henrique Castilho Alves, CNPJ 68.010.824/0001-86. By using Sidepath, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Sidepath is

Sidepath is a digital publication: a guide library (the "Library"), and a set of standalone guides and courses purchased separately (the "Add-ons"), covering freelancing, resale, gig work, online income, and teaching-based side income.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require a purchase to unlock. You're responsible for keeping any access credentials or purchase confirmations you're given, and for all activity associated with your access.

3. Purchases

• The Library and every Add-on are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing — pay once for a product and it's yours to keep, with no expiration.
• Each product is purchased independently. Buying one doesn't affect access to the others.
• Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Sidepath's guides, scripts, or course content, and not to attempt to circumvent the access controls on paid content. Sidepath is for your own personal, individual use.

5. Intellectual property

All guides, courses, scripts, and templates in Sidepath are the property of 68.010.824 Luan Henrique Castilho Alves. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content — it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute it.

6. No guarantee of results

Sidepath provides educational and informational content about side income methods. Any figures, examples, or outcomes described in our guides are illustrative, not a promise. We do not guarantee any specific income, result, or timeline — what you earn depends on effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sidepath is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 68.010.824 Luan Henrique Castilho Alves is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sidepath, including lost income or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, including redistribution of paid content. You may stop using Sidepath at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be handled under Brazilian jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sidepath after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
